Bacolod Oh So Sweet

Bacolod is so close to my heart because I love to eat because it is my Papa's hometown. I've been there thrice last year alone and was able to try the True Bacolod experience. I thought there is nothing to do and see in this place but lo and behold--there are tons of places to see! Here are some of the photos I have gathered in these trips.

My favorite highway in Pinas!

Balay Negrense in Silay

An old harp inside the Jalandoni Ancestral House

The famous Ruins in Talisay

The bats are already out! This is around 6PM.

On our way to Lakawon Island in Cadiz

The beauty of Lakawon Island

Excuse the trash can:p

White sand of Lakawon Island.
Yes it is still incomparable to the sand of Boracay but its still beautiful as is.

So there, I'll post some more if I'm not too lazy to resize them :)

@Chicgurl Yup Lakawon is beautiful but don't expect too much. The seabed needs some cleaning:)

@Hazel Yup nakakatawa lang eh haha!

i had the same photo taken in front of those church bells back in 05 :) it was a long time ago. I'm glad to see Bacolod hasn't lost its charm.

I've heard so many good things about Bacolod especially after I tasted their Napoleones in Megamall. I've got people attesting that it's a great place to visit and your pictures say it all. Looks like you had a lot of fun :) I wish I could go there too. :(
